If you are in the state of California (or just need California forms) there are two sites of interest:

• http://www.edd.cahwnet.gov will take you to the Employment Development Department.
• http://www.ftb.ca.gov will take you to the Franchise Tax Board.

If your clients have foreign bank accounts, or receive K-1's that report income or taxes paid in foreign currency, you may find Olsen & Associates web pages useful. Most of the information provided is aimed at currency traders, but what's nice, is their currency converter. "You can view an exchange rate on any day from 1 January 1990 to the present."
